Shipping policy

Sorry we cannot ship Plants, Seashells, Sage or Feathers to the USA.

• Actual shipping charges apply to all International orders.

• Orders take 3-4 days to ship out. If tracking say's label printed then the courier has not picked up your package from us yet.
• Shipment Tracking will be emailed upon invoicing & shipping of your order. See the comment section of our pdf invoice for the tracking number. 
• Website shipping calculations sometimes do not add up correctly due to package sizes and combinations of the product ordered.  If this is the case we will email you with your options.
• We use eshipper.com & totalship.com discounted shipping rates in ensure you get the best shipping rate.
• FYI Shipping to a commercial business is cheaper than a house.

• Please note it is your responsibility to research if items can be imported to your country. Refunds will not be issued for any importer errors.

• Although very rare in our 43 years of being in business we pack very well. All Damaged packages must be documented with the courier please Do Not Open a damaged package without taking pictures & speaking to delivery guy first to document.
