Sacred Smoke Myrrh sage sticks are a blend of mountain sage & Myrrh resin. This blend is used for purifying the atmosphere, dispersing negative energy and for protection. The smoothing, relaxing aroma can be used to aid meditation or burned for the enjoyment of the aroma. How to: Light the bundle from the top end for about 10 seconds then gently blow out or distingue in sand.
